How can I get an additional Shopper Rewards Card?
Each enrollment packet included one Shopper Rewards Card and two Shopper Rewards key tags for your convenience. If you need additional
cards you can order them through customersupport@thriftywhite.com.
I lost my card. How can I get another Shopper Rewards Card with my account number on it?

How long are my points good for? Do they expire?
Points do not expire. When your point balance reached 500 points you are eligible for a 15% off General
Merchandise Discount Certificate. As each reward is issued, 500 points are automatically deducted form your account balance.
Can I use my 15%off General Merchandise Discount Certificate on my prescriptions?
Your 15% off discount certificate cannot be use on prescriptions, lottery tickets, postage stamps, diabetes test strips, gift cards
or tobacco products. It is eligible to be redeemed on thousands of other items storewide.
Do my prescriptions earn points?
Yes. Most prescriptions purchases accumulate points to help you earn your 15% off General Merchandise
Discount Certificate. By Federal statute Medicare, Medicaid prescriptions and Medicare Part B are
not eligible for earning points.
